Believe it or not, I wasn’t born with a whisk in my hand. In fact, baking used to terrify me. Measuring, timing, all those rules—it felt like a science class I never signed up for. But I’ve always loved sweets. And one summer, when it was way too hot to even think about turning on the oven, I stumbled into the magical world of no-bake desserts. My first creation? A wobbly, too-sweet peanut butter pie with a store-bought crust. But you know what? It made people smile. That was enough to keep me going.

Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with the freedom of no-oven baking. There’s something so empowering about whipping up a gorgeous treat with just a mixing bowl and a little fridge space. BakeEase was born out of that feeling—wanting to show others, especially busy women like me, that baking can be easy, joyful, and stress-free.
